Our newest project, a completely and elegantly renovated detached holiday house on two levels, a stone's throw from the sea and the Promenade, in the heart of Viareggio.
Furnished in a contemporary boho chic style, with continuous references to gold and green, also accompanied by our unmissable handcrafted furnishing accessories of our own production.

A fabulous courtyard of approximately 20 square meters with a large table for 6-8 people, sheltered by a white pergola with adjustable panels, lounge area with small sofa and armchair and a cozy suspended armchair.
Fully illuminated for your outdoor evenings with LEDs that automatically turn on at sunset.
The house is on two floors, on the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen/living room with dishwasher, kettle, Nescafè machine, 43-inch smart TV and a splendid pastel green vintage fridge.
Also on the ground floor you will find a luxurious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and a cedar wood vanity, self handmade, with double sinks.
On the intermediate floor there is another small bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the second floor two large bedrooms, one double with balcony and one with two bunk beds with three beds each.
In the house you will find everything you need for your holiday such as air conditioning, 43 inch smart TV, free and unlimited wifi.
In the close proximity there are bars and restaurants, supermarkets and shops where you can find everything you need, in a two minutes walk you will reach the stunning Passeggiata di Viareggio where the stores of the most prestigious brands are located.
High chair, travel cot and bed rail are available on request for small children.
A five minutes walk will take you to the extra-urban bus stop which daily connects Viareggio to all the main cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena.
Still on walking distance, just fifteen minutes away you will find the train station from which you can reach Pisa and Lucca in 20 minutes, Florence and Siena in about an hour and a half.
Pisa airport is only 30km from Viareggio and Florence airport is 80km.
At only 500 meters you can board on a ferry boat that will allow you to discover the wonders of the Cinque Terre every day during the summer season.

The apartment is located in an area where parking is regulated and it is recommended to purchase a parking permit for your car, daily 10 euros, weekly 25 euros, monthly 50 euros.
