On the first floor you will find a large open space with kitchen, living room and lounge with sofa bed and 55" smart TV and a balcony where you can have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif at sunset. 

On the second floor there are one double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, one bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed with three beds, two large bathrooms with two large showers, washing machine and hairdryers. 

In the house you will find everything you need for your holiday such as air conditioning, 55 inch smart TV, free and unlimited wifi, two bicycles to explore the surroundings thanks to the beautiful cycle path that connects  Viareggio pier to Forte dei Marmi. 

A few steps away there are bars and restaurants, supermarkets and shops where you can find everything you need, while the amazing promenade with all its stores of the most prestigious brands, is just around the corner. 

Upon request, a high chair and travel cot are available for the little ones, safety rails for older children, safety gates for the stairs and a bath tub. 

A two-minute walk takes you to the extra-urban bus stop which connects Viareggio to all  the main cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena. 

Easily reachable on foot, just fifteen minutes away you will find the train station from which you can reach Pisa and Lucca in 20 minutes, Florence and Siena in about an hour and a half. 

Pisa airport is only 30km from Viareggio and Florence airport is 80km. 

At only 500 meters you can board on a ferry boat that will allow you to discover the wonders of the Cinque Terre every day during the summer season.

The apartment is located in an area where parking is regulated and it is recommended to purchase a parking permit, daily 10 euros, weekly 25 euros, monthly 50 euros.
