Our three newly renovated apartments with elegant finishes are located respectively 50 m, 60 m and 70 m from the sea in the heart of Viareggio.

All our apartments are very bright and welcoming, a perfect holiday home where you can truly feel at home.

In our homes you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable such as air conditioning, smart TV, free and unlimited wifi, kettle and Nescafè coffee machine.

Enjoy a good aperitif on our balconies refreshed by the pleasant mistral wind that rises at sunset or in the modern private courtyard which is illuminated even in the evening.

Safety devices for children, high chair and travel cot for the little ones, bed rails for the older ones, safety gates for the stairs are available on request.

Inside each apartment you will find a guide with a selection  of our favorite places that we love to recommend to our guests, restaurants reachable within walking distance, where the Viareggio tradition meets the most modern reinterpretations.

For all the outdoor lovers we will be ready to recommend trattorias on the nearby hills and mountains, in Garfagnana and Lunigiana about one hour drive from the apartments.

Within walking distance, bars, supermarkets and food shops, ice cream shops, delicatessens and local charcuterie and cheese shops, bakeries and pastry shops, fresh fruit and vegetables, butchers with a vast selection of the best meats, seafood market with local fish and more, very fresh and ready to taste .

The three apartments are in a couple of minutes walk from the amazing Passeggiata di Viareggio where you will find the stores of the most prestigious brands and plenty of bars and restaurants with live music especially in the summer season.

Viareggio is not just the sea, it is the perfect base for unforgettable daily trips to discover small villages perched on the hills and facing the Tirrenian Sea.

Just 30 minutes by car and you can reach hilly destinations such as Bargecchia and Corsanico, Casoli, Cardoso and Levigliani where guided tours depart for the wonderful and refreshing Antro del Corchia or for the famous marble quarries with also tasting of local products and wines at the Corchia Park or unforgettable walks in the Apuan Alps for trekking lovers.

Treat yourself to a walk among the prestigious shop windows of the shopping capital, Forte dei Marmi, or along the characteristic streets beautified with art exhibitions and art galleries in Pietrasanta, also known as the ''Little Athens''.

The bus stop to reach all the main cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena, is just around the corner.

The train station is only a fifteen minutes walk, you will easily be able to visit Lucca and Pisa (20 minutes away) or Florence and Siena (about an hour and a half).

Pisa airport is only 30km away and Florence airport is 80km.

During the summer season, the Hop On Hop Off boat service is also active, departing everyday from the Viareggio pier.
